Lake Travis has been home to my family for almost 12 years. I was born and raised in Texas, grew up in Austin, and graduated from Westlake High School before heading to Penn State University, where I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Business Logistics.
I established my career in the tech industry in Austin in the early 2000s. As a professional in strategy and operations, my area of expertise lies in organizational transformation, process improvement and operations. Small to medium sized tech firms rely on me to streamline their operations during pivotal times to improve their processes, procedures and transform management. Simply put, I'm adept at assessing the bird's eye view and making more efficient procedural changes to ensure a businesses' journey to success. In short, I'm well versed at making things happen collaboratively.
My husband Rob and I have two middle school boys, Charlie (a 7th grader) and Sam (a 6th grader) at Lake Travis Middle School. And I have two stepchildren, Evan and Mae (who are both in college now.) I have parented from diapers to high school diplomas. The baby of our family is our rescue dog named Elie.
I revel in being all in with our two younger boys, volunteering in their classrooms and school events as well as scouting. I've poured a lot of energy and care into various roles in both Scouting and in school, from Den Leader to Fundraising Chair, and Family Fun Night Chair.
As a family, we love spending time in the hill country, hiking and being out on the water. Rob and I can often be found on date night hanging out at the Front Yard sipping a cold brew. And for me-time, I recharge myself at Hill Country Indoor in a yoga or boxing class.
